Hi! I've been meaning to write to let you know we got our first full electric bill for about mid Mar to mid April and it was $100. That is unbelievable for a house the size of ours. I'll keep you posted when it gets hotter, but we were both surprised the bill was that low. We love the house and the neighborhood and the commute to work is wonderful! Our Olde Heritage green built home allows us lots of free time to spend with our girls traveling. The materials used on our home are very durable and are very low maintenance. So we spend our time with our family instead of constant maintenance on our home.

I purchased a new home from Olde Heritage in Aug. of 2008. The home was built green which was a big plus. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. The biggest selling point to me was the word of mouth from other people about how they stand behind their work, and they do.
