CUSTOM HOMES
Much of our business is based off building custom homes for our clients. We build these custom homes on your property or one of our lots we own. We are able to take a plan someone brings us or we can help someone turn their dreams into the plan we help create.
Our goal is to make the building process as stress free as possible. In order to do that we communicate well, are up front with all costs, and alleviate surprises. Once you become on of our potential clients you will be able to access other attachments which go into much greater detail about our process. There are no costs or obligations to do that.
Once you become one of clients, all of your forms, contracts, and change orders will be kept in a password protected electronic file for your convenience. Also a step by step photo and video library will be posted for your project throughout the building process and presented to you on a USB device with your keys on move in day.
We can provide you with references but we prefer to give directions to our neighborhoods so that you can knock on any door. We aren't perfect but we try really hard to be the best we can.
