Olde Heritage Builders has been developing move up subdivisions in eastern Wake county since 1986. There has been over a dozen communities that have provided an inviting, safe, family friendly, and appreciating home sites since then. Each time Olde Heritage has carefully made improvements to the site to minimize environmental impacts. Olde Heritage has done everything in order to develop and be a good steward of the land simultaneously. As time changes so do opportunities. As communities that coincide with Olde Heritage’s beliefs come along, we will be there. Here are our current communities for 2009.
Olde Heritage Builders has been developing executive subdivisions in the Zebulon area since 1984. One of our most popular communities to date is Wakefield Meadows. Phases I, II and III have been extremely successful. Phase IV, our Estate section, is open and has plenty of homes under construction for $ 375,000 to $ 750,000. Phase V is scheduled to start later this year.
An Olde Heritage neighborhood is successful for many reasons. Lot sizes average one acre and owners have their own well and septic and pay no city taxes. Olde Heritage takes care of the land to preserve as much of its natural beauty as possible. They ensure the highest quality construction, which appreciates property values. They promote the ENERGY STAR Program, which creates a healthier living environment indoors and out. They encourage community involvement, which creates a family atmosphere. And lastly, at Olde Heritage, they not only build homes and neighborhoods, they build friendships.
So ride east down the new 64 bypass beyond the city limits about 15 minutes and see for yourself what makes these neighborhoods so special. Feel free to stop and chat with someone you meet in the neighborhood, and you will understand why Zebulon is “The Town of Friendly People”.
Make Zebulon your home now while the growth continues to explode down the new bypass. There are many families here who work in Wilson, Rocky Mount, Greenville and the Raleigh/RTP area with easy freeway access in both directions. Many families move here to attend Wake County Public and Charter Schools.
